New Call-Back Service Available

Following the installation of our new telephone system, we can now offer a call-back service to our patients. When calling the practice, depending on the length of wait, you can select for the practice to call you back. This saves you having to wait in a queue, allows you to hang up, and we will call you back once our lines are clear. At the point of call back, we will call you up to 3 times. If our call goes through to your voicemail/answering machine this will be classed as call-back complete so please ensure you have your phone on loud and that you are available to answer our call.
