Make an Appointment
All appointments are requested through our online triage system Accurx using the link above.
- Use your NHS app
- If unable to use our online consultation, then please phone us on 01625 529 421, Monday-Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
We no longer provide the option to book an online appointment directly into our appointment system for the following reasons:
- All appointment requests to see a GP need to go through our online triage platform to ensure requests are prioritised and patients are given the most appropriate appointment with the most appropriate clinician.
- This avoids appointments being wasted because they are no longer required and we have not been advised of this. We currently lose approximately 35 hours of clinical time per month due to this problem and we encourage patients to let us know if they no longer need their appointment.
- Patients often book themselves into the wrong clinics meaning appointments have to be rebooked with a specific clinician in line with the patients needs.
Appointments for some clinics can be booked online at a time convenient to the patient via a booking link. These are generally for routine procedures such as blood tests, vaccinations and cytology appointments.
